The Newham ChangeUp Partnership was set up to enable its’ members to coordinate and develop capacity building support services which are proactive, joined up, responsive, high quality and sustainable. It will will be accountable for the direction of all activities that relate to the development and implementation of the ChangeUp agenda in Newham.
