Alternative Models

The evidence above suggests there is very little office space available across the borough. It clearly does not meet the current demand from the VCF and allows no opportunities for emerging groups to establish themselves.

Alternative models of affordable office space has been looked at which include short term leases on redundant buildings, shop fronts, unused Council buildings and a container system.
