1. Welcome, Apologies, Introductions
2. Minutes of the last meeting The minutes were taken as read and signed as a correct record.
3. Co-ordinators Report The co-ordinators report and the continuation fund budget were was presented and noted.
4. Presentation and review of pilots: The organisations delivering pilot project gave an outline of their work: Aston Mansfield: Mapping and Governance BEMCCF: Workers Fora and Renting Premises Volunteer Network Centre: Volunteering Reform Corporation: Buying Premises Sarah Ruiz reported on behalf of Reform Corporation.
5. New Project proposals: - Pilots follow-up projects: Suggestions for follow-up work from pilots were given. Partners suggested to expand the Container City Feasibility study to include empty buildings. Bids for Capacity Builders Workers Forum have been submitted. Trustee Brokerage Service Project – Guardial Bhamra Container City Feasibility study – Sahdia Warraich

Partners also proposed the following projects for fundraising

Young Leaders Project – Paul Leslie
OCN level 2 Effective Workplace Communication - Ruth Musgrave
Capacity Building – Sarah Ruiz

The above project suggestions will be further explored and developed at a meeting on 3^rd August at 13.00 hrs., Training Room A, Community Links with Mick Holloway (Fundraiser) Ruth, Paul, Gurdial and Ali.

8. Any other Business

Sarah asked Stephen to investigate if payment for LBN funding for ChangeUp Partnership Facilitation for £ 6,735 had been processed. Stephen will follow up

Stephen was asked to clarify the support requested from LIO’s and the ‘ground rules’
Stephen will e-mail Renate to circulate to Partners.
