Introduction
This event aims to give consortium members the opportunity to review the progress of their consortium and identify ways in which the consortium can develop. It will give members the chance to discuss what they have achieved to date, strengths, weaknesses and what needs to happen in future for the consortium to develop its’ activities, with the support of an independent facilitator.  

By the end of this event, members should have collectively:

·        Identified where the consortium feels it is up to right now

·        Agreed what needs to change to make the consortium more effective

·        Agreed priority actions

·        Started to plan for the future development of the consortium
